  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier services and location.
  • OCTA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • OCTA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the required policy conditions.

  • All custom-made and ODM orders are:
    • Non-returnable
    • Non-refundable
  • Designs and concepts created for clients:
    • Remain confidential
    • Will not be reproduced or shared without client permission
