1. Order Processing Time

  • All readily available products are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–7 working days.
  • Made-to-order or customized products require additional production time depending on the design and style.
  • Premium quality customized leather handbags usually require 20–30 working days before dispatch.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Within Major Cities

  • Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi: 2–4 working days

Other Cities & Areas

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
  • Flat shipping rate applies to orders below the free shipping threshold

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan
  • Order confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp may be required
  • Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared through:

  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Email

Customers can track their parcels directly through the courier company’s website.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company may attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • After multiple failed attempts:
    • The parcel may be returned to OCTA
    • Additional re-shipping charges may apply

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures/videos as proof

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Refund

9. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available upon request
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and parcel weight
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 working days

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and contact details.
