1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • All tags, accessories, and invoice must be included

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

Subject to availability, customers may also request:

  • Exchange for another design or color

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
  2. Share the following details:
    • Order number
    • Clear pictures/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  4. Send the product back following the provided instructions

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after receiving the returned item

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the issue is from our side (defective or wrong item):
    → We will cover the return shipping cost
  • For any other approved return reason:
    → Customer will bear the shipping charges

8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours
  • Share photos/videos as proof

We will offer either:

9. Important Notes
